Live album from 96. Basically extra long guitar solos if you're into that, and if you're into built to spill then you might be. Sound quality is NOT bad. 
 
EDIT: I'm still listening to this album for the first time, and it's not just extra guitar solos. I think the singer's performances may be better than the albums... Check it.
