Yes, Andy was awesome, and the creator of that jagged, angular guitar style. He's the one member I never got to meet, which is too bad, because they said he was a really funny guy with a great sense of humour. If you have the Go4 box set (or even if you don't), 4 of my photos are in the book that comes with it, and there's even a couple of pages devoted to the gig they did in SF in 1979 at Geary Temple, supporting Buzzcocks; that was a very memorable gig for them! Jon still lives in England, but Dave lives in Portland, OR and Hugo is a professor of something in New England somewhere.

(Hugo) Burnham completed his master's degree in Education from Cambridge College in 2006. He was an associate professor at the New England Institute of Art in Boston from 2000 until 2015, when he became Dean of Student Affairs, before leaving the college in October 2016. He was an Affiliated faculty member in the Communications Department at Emerson College in Boston, MA during 2018. He is currently Assistant Professor and Internship Faculty for The School of Performing & Visual Arts at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. He has re-joined Gang of Four to tour with fellow founder, Jon King and former bassist, Sara Lee with new member, renowned guitarist David Pajo in 2022.
