Currently Listening to Hiroshima's first album - Hiroshima (1979). Big fan of theirs (love June Okida's Koto play and Teri Kusumoto's lead vocals) and have most of their stuff. BTW, though I'm missing their second album on CD - Odori (1980), Ongaku (1986) is a compilation CD of their first two albums containing all of Odori, and most of Hiroshima. They were a great band of R&B, contemporary jazz. Musicianship is outstanding. Love Taiko Song on Hiroshima, and Odori on Ongaku (Odori album). Another Place is also a great album with I Do Remember, Another Place, and I Do Remember.

Ambient? At least that's what the track sounds like to me.

Yes and also I guess experimental electronica as it incorporates other elements that stretch it beyond strictly ambient. A really beautiful album.

I was stationed in the Netherlands in the mid 90, and was looking to get into Trance, EDM, Techno and found myself experimenting with a lot of stuff including Ambient. Never could get myself into Ambient. I have some stuff, though I'm mostly Trance, EDM. That said, I've not bought anything in that genre in ages. Need to start listening to the Trance, EDM sections on Spotify.

BTW, I have lots of "Electronica" stuff.
