Thought Ziggy Stardust and hit "like". Then had a closer look an unclicked in outrage at being duped. Listened to it and hit "like" again, well done cover with an interesting take on the original! :L3000:

I cannot disagree with anything you said, except I cannot have a single 'favourite band' but more like a zillion ones.

Same about their unique blending of influences: quite a lot other bands have managed to do the same in the prog realm, especially in the avant-prog niche. To name a few; I'll quote Infinien, Henry Cow, Samla Mammas Manna, Emme Phyzema, Ruins, Orchestra of the Upper Atmosphere, Upsilon Acrux, Boredoms, Charming Hostess, Juan Martín, Zinkl, Kotebel, Senogul and Brave New World (the German band inspired by the book).
Oh, I know what you mean there, or I can have a favorite but it can be in a state of constant flux.

Sometimes there is a rare artist who, at least for a certain person, will have the keys to unlock something in them they didn't even know was there; very special music they needed to hear but didn't know existed but found by a happy accident - I'd think most folks would have somebody like that.

Get your hands on one on EBay, Star Trek II : The Wrath of Khan Remastered 2 CD set from La La Land Records.
Huey Lewis and the News - Weather...................Not their greatest album but probably the last album they will do with Huey Lewis's struggle with hearing loss.
Seatbelts - Cowboy Bebop (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

Ha Ha, I saw Easy Star All-Stars and immediately went to Radiodread, lol. With their take on Sgt Pepper, Dark Side, and now Bowie, I have to think The Flaming Lips would be a logical next target to be dub-ified.
