This recording/piece looks very intriguing…but can’t find it on Apple Music or Qobuz. Any tips on how to find this?

Many times I’ll search for songs/performances posted just to check it out. YouTube, BandCamp, recognizable albums/artists….easy to search out and listen.

My music listening gets as varied as the posts here sometimes, even just listening while working. FFDP 2-3 songs, ZZ Top for a few, London Philharmonic for a few, to LoTR soundtracks, to anything…

The Crusaders 1977 album 'Free as the Wind'

I was a bit late 'discovering' The Crusaders.
A friend introduced me to this album in '77 and I bought it as I liked it so much.

I was lucky to see the band in about '78. What a brilliant group of musicians!

I have several other Crusaders albums, including;

Street Life
Rhapsody and Blues
'Gold' - a very good 2 CD compilation album from 2007

I also have a few Joe Sample solo albums- Rainbow Seeker, Carmel and Ashes to Ashes.
He had a wonderful light touch as a pianist.
