At the Dallas Concert…👍 🤘

&

The first (and last) time I saw Styx, they, along with Sensational Alex Harvey Band, were the entertainment at the San Francisco Hi-Fi show, of all things, at SF Civic Auditorium back around 1975.... I think 'Man of Miracles' either just came out or was going to be shortly....

It was a great show. Loverboy didn't play, one of the members tested positive for the Covid mess. REO Speedwagon played for about an hour and a half, Styx for just a bit over 2 hours. The encore was Mr. Roboto (awesome). Both REO and Styx did a cover song of Loverboy's (and not bad either!).

Did either REO or Styx play 'Working For The Weekend' or 'Eye Of The Tiger'? I love those 2 Loverboy songs.....

From Kristeen Young's 3rd album, 'Breasticles', 2003 - a superb album all the way through, and includes another song that's a duet with David Bowie....

OK, now I'm listening to this. Thanks, @Whazzzup, this is fun stuff. I hope to see more of Savannah Sexton, too, her performance was fun.

I think Fantaasma has to up his game, though, if he's going to compete with Bootsy Collins at his wardrobe peak...

I looooove Sisters of Mercy!!! So weird to think that on their last album 'Vision Thing', the title song was about the FIRST George Bush in the White House - that's a long time ago!! Seen 'em a few times since then, and Andrew's got new material, but who knows if he'll ever record it and release it?
