My story about that song. When it first came out I was a part-time DJ at a radio station in San Jose, CA. This was when we still spun vinyl. Blasphemous Rumors was on a 12" single. I cued it up, announced it, and began playing it at 33 1/3 RPM. "Wow," I thought, "This sounds like a dirge not a pop song." Then I realized it was a 45RPM single. Oops. Quick fade out, change speed, fade back up. A half-second of dead air. My music director was not happy. I got shifted to sales.

This tracks is really hard to find and in fact, for reasons unknown, you can't buy it anywhere.
The amazing Neneh Cherry covered this famous Roberto Palmer song which, I find miles better than the original.
Maybe that’s why you can find it (other than this dubious tube upload)
