My story about that song. When it first came out I was a part-time DJ at a radio station in San Jose, CA. This was when we still spun vinyl. Blasphemous Rumors was on a 12" single. I cued it up, announced it, and began playing it at 33 1/3 RPM. "Wow," I thought, "This sounds like a dirge not a pop song." Then I realized it was a 45RPM single. Oops. Quick fade out, change speed, fade back up. A half-second of dead air. My music director was not happy. I got shifted to sales. :)

This tracks is really hard to find and in fact, for reasons unknown, you can't buy it anywhere.
The amazing Neneh Cherry covered this famous Roberto Palmer song which, I find miles better than the original.
Maybe that’s why you can find it (other than this dubious tube upload)
