What Are You Listening To Right Now?

Although the video is fan work and simple, I appreciate that the lyrics to Entre Nous, one my very favourite Rush tracks from one of my very favourite albums, are provided. Given the shocking loss of Neil Peart, early this year to brain cancer, we lost not only his virtuoso percussionist abilities, but also his lyrics. This was a special time for the band with Rush describing Permanent Waves as a pure joy to make. It shows, and this song is simply too special to never hear so hopefully one new person somewhere in the world checks out this song. Rest in peace Neil, you'll be missed very, very much.

RIP Neal Peart, in my opinion one of the most influential and talented percussionist of all times.
Xanadu...

I still have my original vinyl of this album. Between my brother and I we still have all of their albums on vinyl and this is such a good album. Thanks for posting.

I don't know if there will be any public viewing, probably not given in life Neil was very private, but if there is I'll pay respects on behalf of head-fi fans for sure. Never thought I would be saying that Rush, as we have always known them, can never play together again. Damn.

I saw the Hemispheres Tour!
NOVEMBER 7, 1978 SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

They played all of 2112 as a bonus. Best concert in my life! Hands down!

Somehow they had giant spotlights on stage hidden for half the show, then they went on shinning blinding white light directly into our eyes.......shocking and we loved it. No one had ever done such a thing.
