Another Icelandic artist that I've run into that mixes classical with electronic sounds. Ólafur Arnalds does similar stuff. They both make film scores so I guess it's how they come up with the ambient sound tracks for videos. Oh yes, I've also heard of plenty of German film composers as well like Nils Frahm.
