this is only a recent discovery for me, turned on to "This is the kit" by her collaboration with the National and as much as it pains me to say it, i think this might be a better album than theyre new one.

Super engaging. Laid back, not swing but jazz, as per the Duke. He wrote in the 1930's
that "jazz is music, swing is business." Dr. John's New Orleans influence is sublime!


Kevin is always engaging, but this is one of the best albums I've ever heard by anyone.
I would post a YouTube of a song, but can't decide. Women's rights, depression, immigration.
