Karajan's '79 is also quite good. The recording is well made, but I find the interpretation too slow and anemic. Gardiner recorded Beethoven's missa solemnis twice - the later recording is the better of the two.

i have  i think the later veersion of the beethovens missa
 

im getting today my 200GB sanDisk microSd finally able to cram beethoven, mozart, boccherini, albinoni, tallis, tomas luis de victoria etc etc (197GB) into my ZX100 walkman
