Judas Priest - Screaming for Vengeance

Still on the fence of seeing them live. Friends claim one of the best shows on the planet but tickets are $150 and not until November... decisions decisions

I am still waiting for a show at least within 500 miles. It may be the last time to catch them!

ABSOLUTELY agree. I have all three albums and the 2008 demo LP "Enter the 5th Dimension". Along with Riverside and Big Big Train the apex of modern prog.

I have all 3 plus the demo as well. I have a few Riverside albums too, but I still need to try and get into Big Big Train.

Only the last three (Underfall Yard, Far Skies Deep Time and English Electric Full Power) are great when David Longdon became their vocalist and Nick D'Virgilo from Spock's Beard became their drummer). Not prog metal but similar to the greatest prog band of all time Genesis.

I just started listening to English Electric (part one). Spotify FTW! Half way through the first song, and yes it's more rock than metal, but it's good. Good musicians for sure.
