ahh bebop jazz. and now I'm listening to this too!

Can't ignore how great it is. I love the soundtrack to the show, Yoko Kanno and the Seatbelts did a marvelous job capturing every quality and aspect of it!

Godzilla - The Japanese Original - Akira Ifukube

This album, composed by maestro Ifukube, is being re-released onto 180g Vinyl with an entirely new remaster done straight from the original source tapes. This is a dream come true for me but I don't know if the product will ever reach US soil due to licensing fees, unfortunately. However, to those who can purchase it.. I highly recommend it!

For a limited time, you can preview the score (the same masters that will be found on the vinyl) here:  http://www.empireonline.com/news/story.asp?NID=41115

I can't recall who observed something along the lines of 'Of all kinds of noise, I find music to be the least unpleasant' - but this album definitely is noise. And music. And it is not in the least unpleasant.

Lindsey keeps defying those who would say she can't make it as a pop/electronic/dubstep violin player.

I think she's awesome. She makes me wish I was a younger man
