Unfortunately can't give comparison as it's the only one of hers I've heard .... so far.  I'm really enjoying it.  I'm a big fan of good female vocals anyway - combine with the jazz elements = big win.  I think I originally got the recommendation from one of your posts actually - and when I saw it come up on HD Tracks ....

The last album that I picked up like that was Rumors by Fleetwood Mac. I dislike it now just as much as I did back in the day, still sounds sappy to me unlike other old supergroups like the Eagles and Elton John that I didn't listen to much during their heyday because they were too mellow for me; they sound great to me now.
 
But I think this one would be different for me, as I liked it a lot back then!
