A very nice listen, guitar and organ distortion and all.  This time with my portable rig: D-515 -> P-51 -> IE8

Thank goodness I didn't get it on vinyl or the grooves would have been worn out days ago. I can't stop playing this CD. His guitar work is deft and lyrical especially on All Summer Long. At first I thought his voice would be a little too gravely for my liking but it isn't. It has more emotional-grab than I thought; very endearing at times. Cheers, too.

Kranky have some wonderful artists.  I only wish they would add a download card to their vinyl releases.

Looking at their artist page, I see I also have music by Chihei Hatakeyama, Tim Hecker, Deerhunter, Labradford,
Roy Montgomery, James Plotkin and Godspeed You! Black Emperor who I'm going to see in December.

John Lennon - Plastic Ono Band (on vinyl)

…and later…

Yoko Ono - Plastic Ono Band (also on vinyl)

Funniest thing…I've owned these LPs for nearly 30 years, but it wasn't until searching for these images today that I realized the front cover-art for each was slightly different. Kray-zy

Pavement ~ Terror Twilight

Sounding really good on my HE-5LE's - quite different than listening to this album on my Stax
