Just a quick word. I love this thread. I've listened to the blues since 1965 when I figured out the Stones weren't singing all original material. I've learned and heard so much new stuff here it's hard to believe. Also, everyone just post what they're listening to. No judgment! Straight up jazz, rock gods and softer rock and some things I'm unfamiliar with all included. I'll listened to music well out of my wheelhouse. Some to enjoy and some never to hear again. Nonetheless, thanks for all y'all post here. It is about the music.

Listening to live versions of Portugal. The Man right now. I think Woodstock is a good album, but not very well recorded. I hope the release the Live stripped down version as Lossless sometime in the future, really like those versions!

Fantastic jazz fusion with great drumming by the master, Simon Phillips.
Andy Timmons on guitar is superb!

Just listening to the Interpol's Turn of the Bright Lights (10th Anniversary Edition) through the balanced 2.5mm outs. The improved soundstage and imaging provided by the N5ii does a lot to separate the overdubbed guitars and thick reverb that the band layered throughout the album. Even on the Oppo PM-3s, which aren't known for the most spacious sound profile. It really makes listening to this album a much richer experience.
