The pic makes it look big. I bet it's no bigger than a pair of E500's. Also what is a outer-ear iem?

I believe he was referring to an IEM that sits in the cradle of your ear (E5, UM2, E500) as opposed to one that goes straight in, and deep (ER4P, E3c).
