i donno, i ordered a Fit Ear Cable from him on the 30th and it will be here tomorrow, so he's definitly making cables...sometimes he does take a minute to get back

Martin, excellent work on modding your W4's to accept other cables.  I'm interested in doing the same, as my cable is no longer working and out-of-warranty.  Could you send/post your tutorial?  Thanks in advance.

I'm interested in getting a detachable mod from Brian for my w3's. I'm just worried that the shells will separate later on or end up with gaps between the housing?

i dont think that will be the case i have had many cables  from him, and many cables in general and thats NEVER happened
