So this is my official thread for my seventh meet in Lewis Center, Ohio. Northern Columbus

Rules and regulations or SOPs for this meet 

1. Food is permitted as well non-alcoholic beverages.
2. Other peoples gear need to be treated as if it was your grandmothers, do not drop, bang, slam, mess around with things that are not yours if you would like something changed, please ask the owner. 
3. Please be respectful to all that are here not just the host, including the space provided as well.
4. There will be plenty of parking space. 
5. There is also an abundance of restaurants in the area. 
6. You do not have to bring a lot of equipment a simple amp or laptop and your headphone is fine. Everything is welcome though.
7. The date will be the  20th Sep 2014.
8. Time for the Meet is tentative will post this when confirmed with library expect 1200-1900 or later
9. If you are interested please PM me directly with what you are bringing and your first name, I will update this post with the list of gear and people coming. 
10. Please let other Ohio people know about the thread

 
Venue will be First Gen Hun and My Apartment. When the time gets closer those that need my address will get it via PM two days before the meet. 
 
This leaves 16 days of planning to make this, so there should be enough time even for the most busiest of busy make plans.

Does anyone happen to live near OSU campus and would be willing to give me a ride there?  I'm a student living near campus but I don't have a car =(.  I can bring an O2/ODAC, HD600, and HD800.

I'll see if I can swap shifts that weekend. Hopefully someone will be willing to trade me days. I'd like to make this one as it could potentially be my last Ohio Head-Fi meet. I'll let you know as soon as I have my answer.

I should be able to make this one for a few hours.  I'll bring a HeadWatt and CK2III for amps with a Cal. Audio CD player  and  HD 600's and DT 880's.

I've never been to a headfi meet so I don't know protocol, but if we want to bring say a usb thumbdrive with a few FLACs ... is this possible?  I guess it would depend on the owner of the laptop/gear and he/she is ok with it?

We're a pretty laid back bunch.  As long as you ask first I'm sure someone with a computer will let you use your FLAC files.
