Believe it or not, that's the MSRP of those headphones.  SOL Republic sold 10 for 1k each.  It's essentially a collectors item.  They can't be reviewed by humans.  I'm sure Michael Phelps would love a pair if he had a cat.  He owns like 20 pairs of SOL headphones  SOL isn't a bad company, but there is better.  A fun v-shape signature.

The person selling them bought them  So there is someone who bought them  Otherwise, it'd be sold by SOL Republic.  I'm sure the person selling them is looking to either break even or make a profit.

It is...  It is for a good cause though.  All 10 sold do go out to help ASPCA.

I saw this on my facebook feed a few days ago. Most people didn't bother reading the description about this being a fund raising cause and simply started comaplaning that it's very cruel to make cats use headphones, that their hearing is 10 times more sensitive than ours. They were all sooo busy blasting away on their keyboards to even understand what this is about. :rolleyes:

I found it all quite amusing.
