I will follow up this with our crafting team. We have reported this issue on MK2/Indigo to the socket manufacturer. If that is not improving on Mentor. We will figure out an alternative plan.

Unfortunately, the Custom Art IEMs aren't a good fit for my ears. The shells are super compact, but the angle of the nozzles aren't really compatible with my ears. I can semi-force them in, but it stretches out my ear and causes discomfort after a few minutes. Either that or the top of the IEM would stick out at an angle. I had this same issue when I owned the Harmony 8.2.

Similar findings for me with the CA IEMs. The F7U fit better than the F5 but neither wanted to stay put. A shame because I really enjoyed the tuning of the F5. 15 minutes was the max I could go with the F5 before needing to take them out.

Still undecided on whether I'm going to re-shell the CIEM Mentor I picked up. I'll most likely re-shell it to a UIEM and get more listening time in; I'm not enamored enough to go full custom. I'll probably give my Indigo more time. Mentor bass is good, but it's still not DD bass.

Diva 2023 incoming. Since I just completed a Diva Canada tour and have not yet done a Diva US tour I start this one in the US, and throw in the Truthear Crin Red along with it.

Received RGB & Serial tour kit from Poulpup. When changing cables on Serial the right-hand pin/plug came apart. Was able to screw it back together but feel this cable is defective and will not use it again.
