The very definition of "Classic Sports Watch" (in my humble opinion anyway).

Indeed, my ‘golf watch’ is my father’s old quartz Tag (I won’t wear an automatic when I play - right or wrong, I feel like it’s not good for the movement)…

The face, which appears dirty gray in the photo, is actually luminescent green.

Wish I had an old school Heuer I will say I bought this old Tag Formula way back in 1985 and several batteries later she still runs like a top but is showing some real signs of wear on that plastic casing

Here is one of my wife's - I don't allow her to wear it out the house (not really...) but she likes it...
I'm not a fan of the modern brand - remove the TAG part and we can talk!

Nice, the metal Formula. I will say mine does have the small case especially for a 6' 200 ponder I know Heuer took a major hit with the TAG deal, seemed like a kind of sell out deal by what I've gathered. I'm sure whatever it was it had to do with $$$$$$ over name

Ah, the $$$$ part of my assumption. Once they had it they sure ramped up commercialism of TAG. Could not attend hardly any race venue and tag was the new Daddy of timing prowess!
