I got an E-mail at 8 AM eastern this morning.

Hello.
Sorry for problem.
Probably problem in one of my supplers. Now We have not equipment for testing tubes and only can trus suppler without checking. We have L3-3 tube tester, but it fault and need repair.
You report about ECC82 not once, two other buyers also have problems with one-two tubes.
I think on next week We make full refund for you.
Hope it is good solution for it.
Again sorry for bad tube.

Nickolay offered me a full refund and he also took me up on the offer to pay another 10 bucks and get a Tesla ECC82. I will let you guys know how the Tesla sounds when it gets here. I dont know what happened to my orignal E-mail but I know Nickolay is not the only person at the Siberian Shop and he seems very interested in fixing the issue. I got PM's and E-mail from him.

So everything is good to go!

I didnt even tell my wife about the Tungsram tubes from ebay. She will go "whats this on the CC bill?" Then I will have to give her the old, "Im going to sell a few tubes!!!"

I've done a couple of transactions with Siberian, and I posted a testimonial in which I observed that they can be very slow in communicating, the process is not good for your blood pressure, and that it does seem to work out in the end. They do seem to be trying to do a good job; I suspect that isn't easy in Russia today.

I ordered an Tube from these folks and it arrived as promised but after having the tube for a couple of days I noticed it is humming.

Replacement Tube sent, the Right channel is noisy. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY DONT EVEN TEST THE TUBES.
