Hi Guys,

i also have a walnut v2s i tried it on my Xperia z2, and its working as DAC, but there is a bug happening on my phone it press my phone volume and alarm non-stop, and its detected as BR17 USB.

and about the cracking sound, i tried to umount the microsd in walnut , and the cracking sound happen.

i plug it. but nothing happens. windows 7. maybe i need some drivers?

Did you plug micro USB cable to data port and then to USB port on your pc not with line out cable? I think you should install foobar to activate the DAC function. Also try on your phone if you have an otg cable.

A question: how to use it as DAC?) any instructions?

Turn ON your walnut
Pause
Insert USB Cord
On windows, right click on Volume Icon in System Tray
Choose Jiebel17 (forgot the exact number)
Click Set as Default
Open a music, insert your headphone in Walnut and listen

Tell me what have you observed.

Ahh.. Walnut V2s has really this issue as DAC. I already tried everything I can, from drivers to latency fix, to etc. I hope somebody can fix this.
