So all this while I was using the vc02 with reversed comply tips for deep insertion.
 
Decided to change that to sony hybrids medium, pushed in all the way. The tip is flush with the nozzle.

They need 300-500hr till they reach there potential sound and my one doesn't really need that much power to sound loud because the drivers are loose now

Yes, the sony hybrids do bring out the bass. It's one of my favorite tips.

The vc1000's from what I've read they're better than gr01 in much much lesser price tag. Share us your impression to I'd like to get the vc1000 too or wait for the v7007
