VSonic GR07 Bass Edition Impressions

From what I've read, the treble on the H-100 isn't anywhere near as harsh as the DN1000.
Have you heard the UE900? That's the closest thing I can think of in terms of midrange/treble, since they both use the TWFK and I wouldn't be surprised if they were using the same filter even.

Did you mean the treble on the DN1000 isn't anywhere near as harsh as the  H-100? The treble of the H-100 is piercing and its hard to get a good fit on those, being huge.

I heard the H-100 has a similar signature as the TF10s according to Clieos

I haven't heard the H-100, but I would say the DN1k is less harsh than the GR07 BE, which I'm assuming is less harsh than the H-100?

I've heard the h100's, and have a good feel for how the dnk1000's sound, and I'm pretty darned sure the highs between them are quite different. Where did you get your info from? Anyway, you should get the h200's :)

According to H20fidelity, a forumer here, the DN1000 is a lot better than H-200 and costs almost the same. I got the comparison between them from H20fidelity also.

It's not a lot better,  (but still better for my preferences) more so a lot different, as in smoother mid range wider more immersive soundstage. H-200 still would win in a battle of raw clarity and bass speed but that clarity is raw it misses some flavour, where as the Dunu has a real vibe to it's signature, sounds a touch more classy how it reproduces timbre.

I do prefer H-200's dynamic driver, wonderful tight textured bass.  The Dunu is a much smoother welcoming listening experience to me. In the end I sold H-200 because I liked the Dunu and H-200's signature after 6 months was boring me, and for some strange reason it was causing my right ear to ache after a certain duration of listening. When people read I sold H-200 they think it was because Dunu is highly superior, though more so I sold H-200 for the reasons above.

If recommending one though I will say get the Dunu, it's $50 cheaper, has a whack load more accessories. and takes an advantage in the areas I mentioned like soundstage width, smooth mid range

I have read a lot about the GR07BE before I bought it. I was a bit dissapointed in the first days.. But after 300 hours bur in, with the sony hybrids its fantastic, I cant stop listening them. :) Thanks for everybody who recommended it, its a really good earphone I can confirm it :)
I am only intrested in DUNU DN-1000. (my budget for earphones is 200usd now).

The DN1000 has significantly more bass, especially deep bass, than the GR07 BE, and on the whole its sound signature is more v-shaped – closer to the GR02 Bass Edition than any of the other VSonic sets I’ve tried.

The GR07 BE is overall more balanced with less bass emphasis/more linear bass response and mids that are more in line with everything else. Due in part to the treble boost, the DN1000 can sound a little clearer and while the Dunu can be a little sibilant, the GR07 fares worse in this respect. The DN-1000 also has a slightly deeper, more layered presentation than the GR07 BE.

But with integrated sound card GR07 sucks after iPhone 4. I have to buy a DAC..

On the LMUE site, it says it's still biocellulose.

You'll have to take the people in this thread at their word, but they seem fairly certain that it is no longer using sonys biocellulose design, despite what LMUE might say.
