  Where did you buy your DD? Can you contact the makers to see if it can be fixed under warranty?

I bought it 2nd hand from a headfi member. Warranty has already expired. So which issue do you think is not normal? Do you have any problems with the light indicator on your dd?

You don't really have to, but almost no one sells it at the unit price, which is about $50.

I paid $70 each for my 01 and 02 from AudioTrak, as $50 is the volume pricing for 50 unit (1 tube).  DigiKey sells them, but unless you can do a group buy, I don't think it will work (50 x 50 = $2500).

Sorry, that's the upgrade price if you buy an amp and add the MUSES01 option, not available separately. And yes, its real from a reputable supplier.

This is the inside of Limited edition. You can see two 627SM sitting on 8-pin socket on the left side just pop it out and put MUSES02 in.
