  Sorry ,though you actually got me confused here~ we have been selling directly via taobao.com  /  aliexpress,  as a matter of fact, I have been personally taking care of every single order, I mean I don't really pack and ship anything , but I have always been the only customer service guy on them. I don't think it can get more direct than this lol.
 
A lot of my fans even think we can triple the sale if I stop doing what I am doing, with my temper and stuff, but serious it is like an addiction, to hear all your praise first hand, I meant, more than half of the fun in this hobby is the "sharing" (hyping lol)
 
So when I say, we will sell directly, that means we will sell via our own sites, but we will still sell on AE , Taobao or if I do come to my sense someday , we might even open a store on ebay.
I actually wanna say some about the epacket, they have expanded to almost 10 countries, crazy rite?  Norway , Saudi ，Israel, Ukraine.... of course we will send via epacket for all U.S. buyers
Like I have said before，we normally “ upgrade ” all u.s. monk orders to epacket. that should show u how much I like the ePacket.
 
And Finally about the "date" when they will be on AE, I can't tell u  exactly when, as they are not here yet, but we should be getting them very soon.
(standard version and Black Edtion, no balanced yet, also the BE ones can be terminated in any form, balanced or otherwise)  
 
I think we can start taking orders within 48 hours on AE

Afaik it's the Cardas cable version, don't know if it's just balanced or all Cardas versions.

Yes, that's right Peter. Assuming people going for Cardas cable would opt for balanced over SE and totally forgot about SE Cardas.

All this hype is itching my fingers.... Even if i've never had a good experience with earbuds. But never tried one with the earhooks-like stabilizers. Does anyone has ever tried earbuds, didn't like but could get along after using the hooks?

Please take all of this with a grain of salt guys.  I measure very carefully, and try to be very consistent.  But at the end of the day is an uncalibrated mic, and raw data, and earbuds are notoriously hard to get to sit consistently

And for Igor - CSD plots.  As I'm finding out, you can manipulate the look of these quite a bit simply by playing with the values.  Please note my settings - 50dB spread, 200Hz - 20kHz (for some reason I can't go lower - must be in the settings but I haven't been able to find it).
 
I can make the graphs look cleaner by lowering the dB rating, or messier by putting it right out to 70dB.  I'm using 50dB as with a noise floor of around 40dB, I figured this could cover most of the common audible range.  I measured Monk, Zen1 and Zen2 with covers off, and then repeated Monk and Zen1 with covers on.  I didn't get Zen2  with covers on mainly because I forgot to save the pir file - but didn't think it was necessary as can't honestly imagine anywone wanting to use them covers on anyway.
