I'm looking for new pair of phones, mostly for calm-like music ( Jimi Hendrix, Dire Straits, Pink Floyd and even System of a Down)

The VC02 sounds much cleaner and more balanced than the GR02, though the GR02 is slightly better at resolving details. GR02 is darker and a little bumpy in the frequency response.
