Mine have not shipped yet!  I haven't gotten any emails from V-Moda about there being any problems, so I'll just assume it's because they can't literally ship them all out at the same time.

I ordered Matte Black with matte black custom shields (originally orange, but changed my mind) on the 17th. Fingers crossed they ship today as well!!

Got my notification 3 hours ago and my V-MODA order was update to SHIPPED 90mins ago.
 
Ordered a Matte Black with Custom Matte Black shield on Sept 6.
 
I'm one of the few that ordered it that late, for sure lol.

I'm Canadian and I got the email saying it was shipped. Maybe it has to do with the colour you chose as I chose matte black and it seems everyone who got it chose matte black as well.
