Have you asked vmoda if colour peeling off is covered by their warranty?

I've had my M-100 longer than most consumers here I think & despite the torture I've put mine through, peeling has not happened.

Where did you get your M-100 from?

I buy it from a official distributor in Thailand.

I had the red V peel off my V-80 after it got caught on some fabric as I was pulling them out of my backpack. It eventually fell off leaving behind an indentation on my wing plate.

They have some issues with the red tape, but honestly, everything else seems to be less. Especially the cracking issue seems to not occur as much if at all (I have only seen the white and matte have the cracking issue). The headband is certainly the best of the three for the Shadows.

I have drop it one time (not too high around 1meter) and it have little bit crack on it body. The headband of shadow is really the best when compare to white and matte black.

The cracking issue I'm talking about is one of not even dropping it. Of course a fall from any height can potentially crack the plastic, but from shipment or otherwise it shouldn't happen. Matte black and white seemed to have some issues with that. The shadow had less it seemed.

LOL what a terrible decision to have to make. Cracking or peeling. I feel lucky my Mattes aren't cracked at all.

Mine are still mint aside from some light cosmetic scratches. However I also baby my headphones...

I'm experiencing a lot of cracking on the pleather of the headband on my white M-100. There's also a strange fraying I'm getting on the wires that go from the headband to the earcups. I sent my pair back to V-MODA to see if they would fix the fraying, but they said it's not covered under warranty, so I used some twist ties to fix the problem myself. It actually ended up looking kind of cool.

hi guys, i'm planning to buy a m100, considering white color but seems like a lot mentioned white color got cracking issue? i'm wonder is it because of the cracking issue, the shop i used to buy from here in australia sells the white color as 360 aud while others color at 395 aud

I think that more people (men) prefer black over the white. The white can seem a little feminine and according to Val sells less than the other two.

I probably know which shop you reffering to, you can get the matte and shadow for 360 as well, you just have to contact them by phone or email to give you the discount.
