I'm looking to upgrade my current setup which is a turntable connected to a Little Dot MKII headphone amplifier (this headphone amp can act as a pre-amp).

What I would like to do is to be able to have a system which allows me to connect my turntable, speakers, headphones and PS4 all into one sound system while at the same time not compromising on sound quality.

However, I am having trouble working out how to do so in order to get the best sound quality while on a budget (of roughly £200 or so).

Should I buy an integrated amp and a separate DAC? Or an integrated amp with optical inputs? Or is there any other ways?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

For that kind of money your options are really limited. There's one, but you won't need the LD MkII - the Beresfor Caiman. Everything else, you'll have to shell out for a DAC with optical input to work with the MkII.
