Maybe Xduoo will fix the problem in official product or in the future. Maybe it can also be Rockboxed.

Anyway, it has the potential to be a great entry-level HIFI player.

xDuoo do not keep their promises - there are no updates for X3 (even no small bugfixes, nothing) and I suppose, there will be the same problem with X10, you`ll have to live with all the bugs of this DAP.

Many issues have been reported, please check the thread. Now only hope for existing owners is full Rockbox implementation, with correct HiRes playback (without downsampling). I`m very skeptical about X10, it took a year to Rockbox X3.

A list of bugs that i know (and annoyed me):
- Pitch error -> That make me convert/resample everything i have in 44.1Khz or its variants (88.1Khz, 176.2Khz) to 48Khz/96Khz/192Khz
- Shuffle is just lame, every now and then it chooses a music that has recently played.
- Skips aprox. 1~2 seconds from the beginning of the songs
- No gapless

Shuffle and skip 1 - 2 seconds is not a problem to me. But the pitch error is.

I'm sorry, I don't want a player that has to be Rockboxed to deliver basic functionality.
The X10 isn't even out officially yet (preorder only) and already we're talking about a Rockbox port.
The lack of Gapless, and the 1 or 2 second skipping of the beginning of tracks suggests to me that Xduoo took
their flawed software and ported it to the X10.
I do not expect them to fix anything, nor to respond to customer email.

I like the X3, like it's layout and features, but I won't deal with Xduoo again until I'm convinced they've sorted
out their software issues and customer service.
