I was looking to get in ears and after searching the internet for  a while, I've found nothing. I'm looking for quality under $100 in ears that aren't too bass heavy. Flat or thick cords would be nice also, but I'd rather have good sound than cords that don't tangle. I listen to Alternative, rock and hip-hop. Any help would be great, thanks.

You can buy the shure se215s for $99 from most places these days. Cord is kevlar coated.

If you're inclined to bump that budget up a bit, the BA200s have flat cables, a nice balanced signature that generally does well all-round. But again, the price...I could have sworn it was 130 a week ago - http://camelcamelcamel.com/TDK-BA-200-Balanced-Armature-Headphone/product/B005OEN3EM
 
If you just want to knuckle under the RE-400s haven't a flat cable, but it's not THAT unruly and the signature is fairly balanced as well.
