Hello everyone,

I just purchased a pair of Ultrasone Pro 900 from a recommended ebay user from this forum (buyauthorized).

I have a simple question for you guys, where does your Proo 900 made in? I have read a few articles online some says it's made in Thailand and some says it's made in Taiwan. I thought it's supposed to be made in Germany.

Thanks everyone!

@Dougeefresh - Thanks for your reply!

I'm kinda disappointed that it's actually not made in Germany, I know some ppl say it won't make a difference, oh well....

Now I'm thinking of upgrading from the stock cable, which cable should I go? my budget is around 200 -250

Unless you have a high end amp/dac, your money will be spent better in other places. The stock cable is fine really.

Ditto. Amp/DAC will make a difference. I can hear the difference between using a computer headphone out and the home stereo headphone out with a CD source especially in the low freq.

Based from the review here, I actually have ordered myself a NuForce Icon uDAC-2 (http://www.nuforce.com/hp/products/iconudac2/). Would this be pretty good enough for this headphone?

Now since I have purchase an Amp/DAC, do you guys think it would be wise to spent around 200 to upgrade from the stock cable? or is upgrading cable to improve sound quality is just a myth?

Forgive me for my stupid questions, I'm still a newbie in this whole audiophile thing.

Thanks
