UK Meet: Saturday November 7th 2009

Ok guys, I've contacted the hotel (Days Inn, Manchester) & have provisionally booked the Weston Room II for Saturday Nov 7th. The price is usually £500 during the week for a 9am - 5pm day (ouch), but as this is the weekend, they're quoting £200 for the day, which seems ok to me. I'm awaiting hotel room rates, as I for one will probably stay over.
The room is rather overqualified for our needs, being capable of holding up to 90 people, but we'll be wanting space in between tables so more space is better than too little.
I'll start a new thread later tonight & link from here, just so all the important info can be on page 1 as we move forward. On the new thread, I'll ask for a kit list so we get an idea of what goodies to expect, which might also attract some more attendees. Watch this space!
