Pilots have been encountering this since at least the 1940's. Most of this info isn't really new (as in its been leaked for decades by military men like Donald Keyhoe and Phillip Corso) but was shrugged off and ridiculed intentionally.
Ryan Graves is one of the better examples of whisteblowers coming out without all the sensationalism from guys like Greer.
