The hardest thing in my eyes is to change the mindset of people who have been brainwashed into simply thInking it’s not true, that they are only weather balloons. Still.......the strange thing is though you would think there would be more pictures of actual aliens that people would take?

A lot of the problem comes from the many books written in the 70's and 80's by people professing to have had intimate encounters with extraterrestrials, like the guy in Switzerland using faked photos. I stopped reading on the subject as it became obvious some writers only intention was to dupe readers who were very interested in the subject.

Yes, I read the whole book when it came out, Light Years I think it was called. And I believed the whole thing and every picture. Hah!

Reading books written by journalists who often live for long periods in the (war torn) countries they report on quickly makes you realise the disparity that exists in the explanations given by many news outlets.

With so much technology being developed it makes you wonder if you ( the tax payer) can ever safely say what something is that defies our understanding of physics.
In Childhood's End Arthur C Clarke wrote about alien ships appearing over every major city, which apart from one were all holograms.

That's a great book. I don't remember that part, but I loved the 'demons' and the unfortunate truth about our place in the Universe. Whenever I feel helpless, pointless and alone, one of the things I think of is learning to play the piano, just for the hell of it.
