Hi, I have an UD100 and a Fiio D30K and am thinking of getting a Fiio X3 (depending on responses here)
 
May I know which DAC would be the best to pair with my tube amp? I am looking for something that will not color my music too much before going into my amp.
 
Or rather, is the Sabre less neutral than the WM8740?

Why would you want a X3 purely as a DAC? Get UD100 or UD110, both are better sounding than X3 as DAC.

I am planning to upgrade my DAP (Clip Zip) too, so when Fiio managed to turn the X3 from a DAP into a DAP + DAC combo, I decided to consider that option too.
 
And I do have both UD100 and Fiio D30K already, but am deciding which one(s) to sell off for space reasons (I figured that I needed only one and every dollar counts y'know? ).

I think that deal's no more; tried that link a few times but got the normal price. The deals thread that the link came from is also inaccessible.
