Just got one which did not come with a manual.
What does it mean when the LED is red?
Also, what does it mean when the LED is flashing?

Red is just the lowest volume, if you keep turning the volume pot to the right it will go orange then yellow, green, blue then violet with each succeeding increment change. Have a read of some the reviews here for other details and features.
 
Flashing means you have but one hour before it shuts down.
 
I'm sure if you contacted Todd, he'd send you out a manual.
