Topic of this thread made me laugh. How could burning something in be troublesome. Just listen to them normally and eventually they're broken in. Can't understand why it's such a big deal for some people. If you don't like the sound after a while then they just aren't for you.

Those that believe in cable burn in though are foolish.
Driver burn in is very real, and very easy to test by taking the ts params before and after burning in.

Cable burn in however... cable is based around three things resistance, inductance and capacitance and only ONE thing is going to change these numbers, heat. Not a "flow of electrons" that's gonna do sweet f a. If you have an argument behind cable burn in backed up with scientific reasoning then I may listen but until then enjoy your placebo
