Mine only has 2 tuning switches.

2 binary combinations 2x2 (00,01,10,11)
1 is for bass, 2 is for mid+treble.
4 tuning switches will be wonderful 4x4 16 tunings!

Best design of the 2021! full resin just like blessing2 and S8. Not like other “empty shell with BAs and DD floating in the air”, which if you drop the IEM those may detach, full resin holds the components tightly, and more or less the simple prism of the microscopic can enlarge the drivers and air ducts inside, that’s something.

How much is this again? $550? Nope, it’s 107 on sale and currently $120 on KBEAR official shop on Aliexpress with store discount.

Yep, the Starsea is a work of beauty. I like it a lot lot lot.. On another note, I had previously remarked that I found the Starlight rather bright for my taste and had to EQ down the upper treble a couple db to make them sound right to me. I believe I saw someone mention the use of micropore tape to tame it down a bit. I had done this with a couple other IEMs before but had not yet tried with the Starlights. Well, I did it and it definitely helps without really hindering the tonality in in any other areas. I may still have a few tracks that still sound sharp but they are recorded that way so I can't really complain. Loving both Stars a lot.

You got lucky! HiFiHear is good dealer, had couple of ourchase from them and all went smooth!

I just feel luck of trusts from inconsistent responses and thus making post-purchase experience not very positive. If Tri wants to establish a real high-end, I’d recommend study how SONY treat their customers.

High-end is not only the quality of the product, but also the whole experience, from website UI/Ux, payment settlement, transparent and up to date delivery care, post-sale warranty and repairs.

Kinboofi-Shop responded that “hello friend the item is already shipped and estimated delivery is 5/3/2021” despite on Amazon no tracking information was available, the item hasn’t even got shipped for over a week on Amazon status screen. C’mon it’s your official online store.

Then today, I asked again VERY STRANGELY, it seems the person LOST MEMORY or something, now replied
“Because the carrier is on the holiday now, and will back to work in next 4-5 days. “

C’mon it’s 2021 now. Not 2003. Why I need to exchange emails for tracking information from Amazon purchase?

I have that feeling when I pick up a bass-focused set after listening to a brighter and airy set. In any case, at their price, the Starseas are incredibly special. I am sure there are flagships that cannot match the Starseas for clarity and detail retrieval.

Don't know why you'd choose the bundle option as the all have a better case included in the box. But nice sales nonetheless.

It does come out cheaper with this weird bundle than ordering the IEM straight up, in both cases (no pun intended ).

True, weird but true. Ali being Ali I guess. And having a spare case is never bad.

Was the other way around om Amazon the other day while buying drawing supplies. Bundle cost 30% more compared to the items separately.
