Nice one usc goose! I hadn't thought of comedy. Very entertaining for deserted island boredom.

It does seems like a fun quick and dirty way to get up to date music recommendations. For some reason it is not like pulling teeth to answer a deserted island thread.

well, pretty much anything would get boring after hearing it for the thirty second time in a row, so I'm going to go with War and Peace book on tape...or cd i guess. That should keep me occupied for the six years until I escape.

Oh and for the occasional break in Russian literature I'd throw in Ok Computer

BTW I'm pretty sure War and peace would be more than five discs but whatever.

This sort of topic is always difficult, since I would need a good mix of styles and want very few filler songs on any of the albums... let's see what my list looks like this time:

1) Princess Mononoke OST
2) Within Temptation - Mother Earth
3) Noir OST 1
4) Goo Goo Dolls - Dizzy Up The Girl
5) Land Before Time OST

Hmmm, I have to agree with dhwilkin in that there is little room for error in judgment because filler is waste of cd space.

I'd have to make mine:

1. The Flaming Lips - The Soft Bulletin
2. The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots
3. Radiohead - OK Computer
4. Darren Hanlon - Hello Stranger
5. Something For Kate - Beautiful Sharks
