So as a followup to the Autumn 2014 Tokyo Headphone festival, Fujia-avic seems to be running a Portable Audio laboratory (mini-show?) next weekend (yes, I am aware of the date and that others maybe have prior plans )
 
Just wondering if anyone was going/if anyone has gone in the past and whether it is worth going.

Can do! There's the spring headphone festival coming up on May 16-17, I believe (tentative dates), so keep your calendar open!

I went today to the show.

I tried a new dac/amp I hadn't seen before by Pioneer.

Not as many people this year perhaps, but it was still too overcrowded as it was jammed in two rooms.

I ended up going as well. Quite crowded during the early morning, but petered off a bit around lunch before picking up again.
 
I think that trying to fit it all into two rooms is too much; at times, people were essentially back to back.
