I need help choosing the best one for me.
I'm new at this of high fidelity audio
 
The headphones are going to be used in home (on my laptop) and also on the go (with my ipod nano 5th gen.)
 
What I listen the most is to rock music.
 
Which one should I buy, I like those 2

I owned the tma-1 and loved them for minimal techno and other bass driven music. They have very recessed highs and that will affect your enjoyment of rock music. I am no fan of the HD 25-I 2 but many people enjoy them. Their more balanced presentation would be much better for rock IMO.
Stay clear of the cheapo HD 25sp II they are inferior to TMA-1 and HD 25-1 2

I've had both and would recommend the Sennheisers. like a:xus said, more balanced presentation.

but i don't like the 3m long cable of the senns, but the cable of the senns is replaceable but it is a 2 way cable, anyone knows how to replace it?

You could also get the version of the senns with a coiled cable?

which is that version with the coiled cable? i like the HD 25 SD, more than the HD 25 because looks more portable.. but it isn't that much since it have a 3m long cable

It just pops out. Super easy to replace. A lot of people like the copper HD600 cable as a replacement cable. Only thing is you need to flip the ear pieces upside down so the connectors are at the bottom.

I decided for the HD 25-SP, do I need an amp for those or not? those have an impedance of 60 ohms, I'm gonna use them with my ipod and laptop the most.
