I have a shure e4 small black tip all the way up my ear. My parents have been trying to pull it out, im bleeding and dizzy. this is a nightmare.

now im going to the emergency room.

I had the same happen with the silicon sleeve (well not the bleeding nor emergency room) it took some fiddling. Good luck, just hope you didn't mess anything up?

ARGH I HATE IEM HORROR STORIES! As I'm posting this I'm only assuming you're already in the hospital, so when you get back and read the thread you've set up before you became an inpatient remember this - Stick with the MS-2! Toss the IEM! and I hope it's not too serious!
