Is that considerably slower than the original clip? Because I would assume that this QUALITY isn't that noticeable in a normal airing if it's faster than this.

If you look at the individual frames of the gif, you can see that the entire picture is not in each frame. There are transparent parts that allow the previous frames to show through. There are a total of 35 image frames in the gif.
