Thebit OPUS#2 Dap - out September/October 2016.

Still no streaming despite promises made and despite the fact the UK seller advertised via Amazon as having streaming.
It is false promises like this that possibly explain why the Opus 2 is pretty much a dead duck in the UK.

Gone back to using my AK380 simply because it streams from my NAS server flawlessly.

just wait until Opus#3 release, should be very soon.  theBit promised to have a solution with Opus#3 and then "copy" that solution into Opus#2.

I am giving serious thought to selling my pretty new Opus #2.  It works fine, and sounds good, but I really am preferring my LPG.  Any interest in CONUS?  Any thoughts on what ese to try?  New Kann? That 200 gizmo?

Thanks!

If you prefer the LPG, you'd probably really like the iBasso DX200. From what I've read in the reviews, it's closer to the Lotoo than the Opus.

Steaming support for #2 is coming in May, on Opus FB page.

I look forward to trying it out.. the pity is they have probably already upset quite a few folks. It is a great sounding DAP that many won't try because the features weren't there out of the box

But how many other vendors have released products with not all features enabled? Or how many with flaky, unstable products? Can you say FiiO X7?

I would prefer a stable solid product first, then add the extras.
