I've only ever had a 1s off them but it's been brutal so far. Same with the manual.

Luckily its a simple DAP so the manual isn't really necessary. If I have a question, I just ask in the related thread on HeadFi for an answer

Hey everyone ... I using my 1S with both a 400gb and a 256gb card. Total song library size of 17,047 songs. I was wondering if anyone has or is using a larger library and if any issues popped up ??? Sort of how high can we go?

I am currently showing 37,060 songs in my library. I haven't had any issues yet, but I'm still fairly new to this device. I can shuffle by genre and it seems to see all of the items in each.
No lag to speak of between songs on shuffle, either.

I'm sometimes using my S1 as a source at work using the optical out. I also have an ibasso DX80 which has both an optical and Coaxial out ... I think the coaxial might sound a bit better but I'm not quite sure ... I think I'm trying to bias myself

I have about 24000 songs but I strictly use folder browsing so I can't see lag due to the library size.

Yeah the whole repeating Artists thing and Songs being sorted by the artist first is SUPER annoying. I don't remember this issue with the #1

I am new to the #1s, and also to new DAPs or phones in general. I recently received my #1s and I have been spending time loading the micro SD cards with music. I am somewhere about 70% along, but I find on the Opus under the “Playlist” menu, I have many hundreds of albums and songs. I have not actively placed anything in the Playlist section, but wanting to create a few playlists, I find I have to delete hundreds of entries. Is there some easy way to clear the Playlist section completely with a few commands, or am I forced to delete the items one at a time? And, is there any explanation as to why the Playlist section filled up with no command from the user?

Can anyone confirm that is possible connect an external amp/dac by micro usb to micro usb. I own the Opus#1 and I'm thinking to upgrade to the 1s so I can connect my Mojo with this cable.
