Maybe the opus#1s is the same with the opus#1 metal version. Same op amp, but with better screen
yeah I tend not to use USB DAC on Opus #1 anymore once it bugs out.Does anyone else's USB DAC mode bug out?
Whenever I exit the mode, I have to restart the player before the mode works again with my laptop
Annoying, but it'll have to do.yeah I tend not to use USB DAC on Opus #1 anymore once it bugs out.

I don't have those, maybe someone else can help.Annoying, but it'll have to do.
My laptop has a faulty headphone jack and I don't have my FiiO E10K with me, so the Opus will have to do.
As a sidenote, how well can it drive the HD650s?
Well, since I have Spotify Premium now I've decided I may want a DAP with that function so I bought a Pioneer XDP-300R, gonna compare them and see if it's worth the price. If so, then my #1 will be up for sale.
Definitely. Will be here tonight. Will wait for your impression. Please post it here.
And of course my Pioneer XDP-300R Used from B&H arrived DOA and won't charge. Found a Silver version new on Amazon for $100 less. Will be here tomorrow.
Will be interesting to see how the Sabra DAC varies from the Cirrus Logic
The Pioneer/Onkyo were on my list of DAPs when I was looking to buy. The specs on them were very similar to my LG V10, so I decided to try something a little different and went with the Opus #1. Comparing the 2, I would say that the Opus is more neutral, a little drier sounding, and wider sounding. The LG is a bit fuller sounding with a very slight V shape.
